Over the last 40 years, our business has steadily expanded until we now employ around 300 staff members at multiple locations in New South Wales and Queensland. Few business owners would argue that their employees are surely the best asset that their business has, and Faircloth & Reynolds is by no means an exception.

Our staff are the core of our business, and they are one of the main reasons why Faircloth & Reynolds has grown successfully over the years to become one of the rock solid players in the Australian HVAC industry.


Some of our staff have been with us for over 30 years and many others 20 years or more. Many were apprentices that started straight out of school, progressing to become tradesmen and department managers, whilst others have come to the organisation from outside of the industry or area, bringing their own expertise and skills, all helping to build the great company that Faircloth & Reynolds is today.

Of course, we can’t forget the two founders of the company who bring it all together, David Reynolds and Peter Faircloth. When you need the job done, we know that every minute counts and that is why our team won’t keep you waiting any longer than is absolutely necessary.
