About you:
We are seeking someone who possesses some or all of the following attributes.
Experience

Wiring and terminating switch boards experience preferred but not essential – on the job training provided

Previous HVAC electrical and/or electronics background and experience with electronic controllers would be beneficial
Knowledge/Skills

Ability to interpret electrical drawings, board drawings and manuals
-
Excellent communication
-
Takes pride in their workmanship
-
Highly organised with good time management skills
-
Computer literate
-
Ability to work within a small team
Licences
-
Electrical Licence, desirable but not essential

OHS Induction card, desirable but not essential
About the Position:
The role supports our Electrical design team in the building and manufacturing of our custom-built switch boards. Duties include:

Assembly of switch boards and fitting of components.
-
Reading and understanding board layout plans, power and control schematics.

Testing of HVAC Switchboards prior to shipment.
-
Training in the process of board assembly and wiring will be provided.

Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
-
Ability to do overtime if required
