The buildings have been designed & engineered to be economical to build operate & maintain but has the requisite to quality for image and function and provide adequate level of adaptability for future changes & expansion.
Key design element objectives have also been placed on Passive & Active Energy efficiency, environmental policies including reduced waste energy & Co2 emissions. Estimated build cost for the project is $73M with the Principal being NSW Dept of Attorney General And Justice.
Faircloth & Reynolds have been awarded the Mechanical component of the project with Richard Crookes as the Building contractor.
