Our services include residential, commercial and industrial installation projects, service and maintenance, stainless steel and duct manufacture, catering equipment sales and service. The Role
Reporting to the Construction Manager, this position will see you work across projects valued between $100K - 8 million (mechanical) in areas such as commercial, education, healthcare & retail. Your client base will consist of Tier I & II builders from the NSW & QLD markets and companies that the group have held long term relationships with nationally.
Some of your duties for this position will include:
- Full Financial Management of the Project & Monthly Progress Claims
- Negotiating with supplies, contractors and clients to achieve financial outcomes and deliverables
- Working closely with project delivery team, Engineering, Drafting & Trades
- Oversee implementation of OH&S Procedures and monitoring
- Management of Equipment Deliveries and scheduling project resources
- Liaising between both the client & client side project team
- Maintaining & developing key relationships throughout the project
- Estimating variations & tracking project changes
Suitable Candidates
The ideal candidate will have prior experience on commercial building projects for a mechanical contractor with either a trade background or tertiary qualifications with a proven record of delivering projects valued from $1 million upwards. You will have a minimum of 5 years' worth of Project Management experience and a strong track record for delivering projects on time and to budget whilst maintaining good relationships with key clients.
The company has a strong team ethic so your ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders including senior management, engineering & drafting department as well as the site delivery team will be key.
