Faircloth & Reynolds Team Turns Out in Force for Record-Breaking Coffs Harbour Running Festival
Faircloth & Reynolds is proud to celebrate another standout community success following the 2026 CEX Group Coffs Harbour Running Festival. As long-standing local sponsors, the F&R team stepped up both on and off the course, contributing to a record-breaking fundraising total for the region.
The atmosphere on event day was electric from start to finish, with a high-energy vibe, smiling faces, and incredible support along the course. The F&R crew made a massive impact on the track, fielding a 56-strong team of runners participating across every distance on the program—from the challenging half marathon down to the popular 1km family run. Demonstrating true team spirit, several staff members even laced up twice to run second events alongside their children and families.
Organized by the Rotary Club of Coffs Harbour, this year’s festival officially passed an extraordinary milestone by generating more than $100,000 for local community initiatives. Building on the $90,000 raised in 2025, the event has now directed over $600,000 toward regional causes since 2011.
Beyond the excitement on the track, the primary goal of the festival remains supporting essential local services and non-profit organizations. Many of the recipient groups also worked on-site during the event, managing water stations, cheering on competitors, and keeping the energy flowing.
This year’s event proceeds will directly support a wide array of local organizations, including:
Life Education Australia (Coffs Harbour Support Group)
Mid North Coast Disabled Surfers Association
Early Connections Coffs Coast
Bongil Bongil Youth Collective
Health Voyage & Coffs Coast Autism
Coffs Coast Children’s Ward & Coffs Harbour Scouts
North Coast Special Olympics & Lifeline North Coast
Westpac Rescue Helicopter & PCYC Coffs Harbour
CanDo Cancer Trust & The Run Beyond Project
parkrun Australia (fully funding a new parkrun set to launch at Coffs Creek)
Lastly, hats off to the dedicated event organisers, volunteers, and every single person who ran, donated, or cheered from the sidelines to make this such a wonderful local event.
